Ranemsletta is a small Trøndelag village in Overhalla municipality in the Namsos area where birch, alder, and valley farmland vegetation are the main local pollen sources. The Namsen valley concentrates pollen under calm conditions, while the Atlantic-influenced Trøndelag climate provides frequent rainfall interruptions and birch peaks through April and May before grass from surrounding Overhalla farmland contributes through June and July throughout this Namdalen community.
