Local Environmental Conditions
A waterway lined with river oak, a wind-pollinated species and one of the more potent allergen sources along Australian creeks and rivers; this sits just outside the immediate area. Located in the surrounding area, this area has a stand of eucalypt with wattle through the understorey, wattle ranked among the region's sharpest allergens.
The water-adjacent river oak is an early riser, building through the depths of winter into September. As spring approaches, eucalypt and wattle in the nearby woodland become the dominant source, building to its sharpest point across August and September.
