Local Environmental Conditions
This area, within the neighborhood's edge, has a waterway lined with river oak, a wind-pollinated species and one of the more potent allergen sources along Australian creeks and rivers. Located close to home here, this area has tree cover made up mostly of eucalypt and wattle, wattle in particular a well-known seasonal trigger.
