Local Environmental Conditions
Nearby, just outside the immediate area, river oak grows along the bank here, releasing fine wind-borne pollen typical of casuarina species. Woodland where eucalypt stands alongside wattle, the latter especially aggressive as an allergen when in full flower, within the neighborhood. Comparable land cover in surrounding areas tends to produce a similar pollen mix overall.
