Local Environmental Conditions
Nedlands, on the Swan River in Perth's western suburbs, combines riverside parkland with tuart trees, a coastal-plain eucalypt distinctive to south-west WA, and the University of Western Australia's landscaped grounds, which include mature Norfolk Island pine and jacaranda plantings.
