Local Environmental Conditions
Located close to home here, this area has the riverbank shelters river oak, whose pollen spreads readily on the wind from spring onward. This area, not far from here, has woodland where eucalypt stands alongside wattle, the latter especially aggressive as an allergen when in full flower. The general pattern described here holds fairly steady across nearby areas with similar land cover.
