Local Environmental Conditions
River oak grows along the bank here, releasing fine wind-borne pollen typical of casuarina species; this sits within the neighborhood's edge. Here, just outside the immediate area, tree cover made up mostly of eucalypt and wattle, wattle in particular a well-known seasonal trigger.
