Local Environmental Conditions
The waterway's edge supports river oak, a species whose fine pollen travels well beyond the immediate bank, within easy reach. Located within the neighborhood, this area has woodland where eucalypt stands alongside wattle, the latter especially aggressive as an allergen when in full flower. Ground-level conditions like local landscaping can nudge these figures slightly either way.
