Local Environmental Conditions
Here, just outside the immediate area, the riverbank shelters river oak, whose pollen spreads readily on the wind from spring onward. Nearby, within the neighborhood's edge, a mix of eucalypt and wattle, wattle in particular a notorious trigger for hay fever across southern Australia.
