Local Environmental Conditions
River oak crowds the water's edge here, a well-known contributor to local casuarina pollen counts, within the neighborhood's edge. This area, near this part of town, has eucalypt dominating the treeline with wattle scattered through it, both contributing to the season's pollen load. A nearby park's turf and plane trees layer additional pollen onto the seasonal grass count; this sits in the surrounding area.
