Local Environmental Conditions
Nearby, within the local area, the waterway's edge supports river oak, a species whose fine pollen travels well beyond the immediate bank. Tree cover made up mostly of eucalypt and wattle, wattle in particular a well-known seasonal trigger; this sits within the neighborhood's edge.
