The Serra do Mar's orographic rainfall contributes very frequent moisture interruptions, while the Atlantic Forest contributes exceptional botanical pollen diversity and the extensive mountain coastal terrain creates highly variable local pollen exposure conditions throughout this Atlantic Forest ultra trail event.
