Local Environmental Conditions
The waterway's edge supports river oak, a species whose fine pollen travels well beyond the immediate bank, just outside the immediate area. This area, within the neighborhood, has a canopy of eucalypt threaded with wattle, wattle chief among them for allergenic potency here. Local wind exposure and land use can shift the exact mix slightly from block to block.
