Local Environmental Conditions
This area, just outside the immediate area, has river oak crowds the water's edge here, a well-known contributor to local casuarina pollen counts. Located near this part of town, this area has woodland where eucalypt stands alongside wattle, the latter especially aggressive as an allergen when in full flower. Parkland with regularly mown grass and planted plane trees, both sources of seasonal pollen; this sits within the local area.
