Local Environmental Conditions
This area, just outside the immediate area, has the riverbank shelters river oak, whose pollen spreads readily on the wind from spring onward. A canopy of eucalypt threaded with wattle, wattle chief among them for allergenic potency here; this sits within the neighborhood. Local microclimate and soil conditions can push these figures slightly higher or lower.
