The course is located entirely within the Town Park by Lake Trzesiecko. The park borders the roads 3-go Maja and A. Mickiewicza streets. The start is at the beginning of the park avenue by the main entrance to the football stadium. After the start the route runs straight along the lakeshore, past the historic town bathing area, and reaches the point where the Niezdobna stream begins. Along the stream we pass the headquarters of the Regional State Forests, located in a former castle. Reaching a concrete bridge, the route crosses it and heads diagonally onto the left bank of the stream. Further on, the route runs around a park square with a fountain, where there is a turnaround. It then crosses a small wooden bridge near St Mary's Church, crossing back to the other bank of the Niezdobna. It again follows the stream to the point where it begins, then the route bears slightly left along the park avenue by A. Mickiewicza Street and reaches the start line. After three loops of this route, the course ends at the finish line, 30 m from the start line on the same park avenue.
