The start and finish are located in Konstytucji 3 Maja Park (Zwierzyniecki Park), near the monument to the 42nd Infantry Regiment and the zoo. The course consists of one loop through Zwierzyniecki Park and begins with a straight section of about 300 m on the main Aleja Ambientowa. The route then continues along Zwierzyniecka Street and 11 Listopada Street, re-entering the park just before the Podlaska Philharmonic. After crossing the start line again, runners head onto the footbridge (over Zwierzyniecka Street) and run straight from the footbridge into the Zwierzyniecki Reserve. After two gentle right turns, the route reaches a small roundabout and turns left onto the main Aleja Ambientowa. After about 400 m the route turns right into a narrow lane leading to 11 Listopada Street. Runners enter an asphalt path and turn right towards a junction (a section of about 800 m). At the end of the lane, the route turns right, descending towards the small roundabout in Zwierzyniecki Forest, crosses the roundabout, and heads back onto the footbridge. Coming off the footbridge, runners make a 180-degree turnaround and turn left onto the main Aleja Ambientowa towards the finish.
