On 20 July 2026, Grass is the dominant pollen source in Lisbon. cypress, willow, alder, artemisia, birch, and hazel are not currently active.

Lisbon's clearest exposure comes from local tree and grass in winter into spring, with grass extending it further; the Atlantic climate's frequent rain keeps interrupting counts throughout the January-June season. Inland valleys tend to see less wind relief than the open coast.
