Airmine Pollen app - local air quality

Introducing new feature: Local Air Quality

Kristin P. Grenan

We're excited to launch Local Air Quality, a new Airmine service that brings hyperlocal air quality and pollen forecasts to the places where people actually spend time outdoors.

Unlike traditional air quality services that provide conditions for a single location, Local Air Quality delivers route-specific forecasts along running routes, cycling routes, hiking trails, city walks, cross-country ski trails and event courses—worldwide.

Powered by AI, atmospheric modelling, weather forecasting and environmental intelligence, Airmine helps people understand how air quality and local pollen species change along their route, across different environments, elevations and distances.

Whether you're planning your daily run, a bike ride, a hike or a major endurance event, Airmine helps you know before you go.

Key features

  • Hyperlocal air quality and pollen forecasts
  • Route-specific forecasts for outdoor activities
  • Worldwide coverage
  • Parks, cities, forests, mountains and event courses

  • Available through the Airmine app and APIs

At Airmine, our mission is to make trusted air quality and pollen intelligence accessible to everyone—helping people make better decisions about health, outdoor activity and environmental exposure.

Know before you go. Go out for fresh air.
