The flat Kanto Plain allows reasonable dispersal, while the broader Tokyo metropolitan regional emissions elevate background and summer photochemical ozone from the vast Kanto corridor is the primary warm-season concern and Adachi generally maintains moderate Tokyo northeastern residential-industrial corridor readings throughout most of the year.
