Who has access to your personal data?
Airmine employees
No personal identifiable data is stored on staff or contractor computers on a permanent basis.

Your data may be disclosed to a third party in the following instances:
1) As we develop our business, we might sell or buy businesses or assets. In the event of a sale, merger, reorganisation, dissolution or similar event relating to all or a portion of our business or assets, your personal information and data may be part of the transferred assets.
2) We may also disclose your data if required to do so by law or in good faith that such action is necessary to (i) comply with a legal obligation, (ii) protect and defend our rights or property, (iii) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Services or the public.
3) Your data can be included in anonymous & aggregated reports, analysis, charts, tables, infographics to support research and awareness of allergies.
4) Service providers. We may share personal information with our trusted service providers who perform services on our behalf (e.g. web hosting, technical support, processing of payment), but strictly for the purpose of carrying out work on our behalf as described in this Privacy Policy.

Access to personal data
You have the right to access your own personal data. You can do so by selecting this option in the app or sending us an email at support@airmine.ai. As instructed in the app, you will have to send us an email to receive your data. We will then receive and store your email address, for the purpose of fulfilling your request.
Deletion of personal data
You can demand that your personal data be deleted by selecting this option in the app. Business users may contact us at support@airmine.ai and request that their data be deleted. We cannot delete information if there is a legal obligation for us to keep it.
